Crap day yesterday, but more fabulous today than you could believe!! It just got better and better and by this evening, we learned we were moving to our new place next Wednesday. It is a paradise up in the mountains. We got our Greek mobiles (at last) and are happy as pigs in the proverbial. Edited to add: here's a photo of the view from our terrace.

Aw, Helen, I'm so thrilled for you, it seems so wonderful! I'm glad you got there in one piece. It's a shame you missed Keffalonia on the way over, but you MUST pop over to the south side at some point, and what about Ithake?!
